The river Suonenjoki is ideal for SUP boarding.
Most of the way is easygoing river or lake. To add some exitement there is also faster water, but no real rapids or white water.
You can go with us even if you dont have any exyerience in SUP boarding. You can bring your own snacks and there is a summer reataurant in the ending point.
The time on the water is around 2 - 3 hours.
